Inclusions and exclusions

A ) Inclusions:

  • Accommodation at a beautiful wildlife resort for all nights in comfortable Air-conditioned rooms.

  • All meals from the beginning of the tour to the very end from where the tour is executed from. Mineral water will be provided by us everyday. We make sure you reserve your thirst for Wildlife :) 

  • Jungle safaris as planned. 4 in one jeep in selected Tiger Reserve  with all fees, permits, taxes, guide and gypsy charges. Safaris in the best zones selected as per the latest sightings.

  • Transfers by an AC SUV-vehicle (Toyota Innova Crysta) from the city the tour is executed from and back. 

  • Assistance of a Saka wildlife expert on tour and in-office. 

  • Photography sessions and group discussions as part of our interactions on wildlife. Skilled forest drivers and forest guides for all safaris.

  • Souvenirs and merchandise.

B ) Exclusions: 

  • Transport from your home city to the city from where the tour will be executed. 

  • Hard drinks and soft drinks. 

  • Camera charges. ( INR 200/- for lenses below 200mm and INR 250/- for lenses above 250mm PER SAFARI )

  • Laundry, tips, snacks apart from our meal plans and any other personal expenses.

  • Anything not mentioned in the list of inclusions.

Things to carry

On every tour the following things are mandatory: 

 

1. Government issued original identity proof (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, Passport etc.) which you submitted at the time of booking. ( Aadhar card preferred )

2. A health certificate from a doctor /  RTPCR Test report / Vaccination certificate



 

  1. Clothes:

 

  1. Summer:  ( March to May )

  • Carry comfortable clothing. Make sure the colours of your apparel aren’t flashy and are subtle and dull colours. 

  • Carry 5-6 outfits for safari and comfortable footwear for the same. 

  • Make sure you pack 2-3 pairs of pajamas and Tees for our pajama PAWri sessions!

  • Make sure your clothes are airy enough as summers in Tadoba are very hot. 

  • Carry scarves and make sure you pack something which covers your head and the back of your neck on safari. 

 

  1. Monsoon:  ( June to October )

 

  • Carry comfortable clothing. Make sure the colours of your apparel aren’t flashy and are subtle and dull colours. 

  • Carry 5-6 outfits for safari and comfortable footwear for the same. 

  • Make sure you pack 2-3 pairs of pajamas and Tees for our pajama PAWri sessions!

  • Carry rain cover, ponchos ( We will be providing ponchos on request ), umbrellas, covered footwear. 

  • Waterproofing polythene to cover your camera. 

  • Extra towels to dry yourselves. ( Jeeps will be covered)

 

  1. Winter:  ( October- February)

  • Carry comfortable clothing. Make sure the colours of your apparel aren’t flashy and are subtle and dull colours. 

  • Carry 5-6 outfits for safari and comfortable footwear for the same. 

  • Make sure you pack 2-3 pairs of pajamas and Tees for our pajama PAWri sessions!

  • Carry clothes which will keep you warm. 

  • Sweatshirts, jackets, gloves and 3 pairs of socks are a must!

  • Caps/monkey caps will be provided by us. 

  • Carry heat packs. 

 

  1. Toiletries:      

 

      -    Basic Kit will be provided. ( Tooth brush ,  tooth paste,  shampoo and         conditioner bottles, body wash and soap bars. )

      -    There will be fresh towels everyday in your rooms but you can carry your own too. 

      -    Sunscreen and mosquito repellent ( Make sure they’re odorless ). 

      -    We always carry a first aid kit. Please make sure you bring your personal prescribed medication with you if any. For any medical emergencies we have a doctor on call to help you. 


 

  1. Accessories -

 

1. Do carry enough SD cards, a battery pack and a charger if you’re bringing your camera with you. 

2. Make sure you bring your mobile charger with you. 

3. We will be giving you a notepad and a pen to write your favourite jungle moments and your flora/ fauna/ avifauna list. 

4. Petty cash for emergencies if any. 

Booking Procedure

A 50% advance amount and a Government Identity card (Aadhar card, Pan card, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID). Scan your original Id and mail it to us. Do carry the mailed id on tour as well.

Cancellation policy

- If cancelled more than 30 days before departure - 60% of total camp fees will be refunded. 

- If cancelled within 15 to 30 days before departure - 40% of total camp fees will be refunded. 

- If cancelled within 7 to 14 days before departure - 20% of total camp fees will be refunded.

- If cancelled less than 7 days before departure -  no refund.
